• 24/7 support: Learners will have access to round-the-clock support through a dedicated WhatsApp chat, ensuring assistance whenever needed.

Online Tutoring

Our tutoring firm provides clients with the option to select their preferred mode of delivery, ensuring flexibility and convenience. Online tutorials are conducted through well-established platforms such as MS Teams or Zoom meetings. This mode of learning is particularly suitable for learners with a stable network connection and a strong ability to comprehend concepts effectively. Moreover, online tutoring sessions offer the added advantages of time efficiency and convenience in terms of eliminating the need for transportation logistics. Therefore, this mode of delivery is applicable to all our services and products, providing a seamless learning experience for our valued clients.

In-person Tutoring

In-person tutoring can be held at the university of witwatersrand on saturdays and sunday.However, it's important to note that this mode of delivery is specifically applicable to our bi-weekly subscription, once-off consultation, and lifetime mentorship services. Due to limitations in the number of individuals allowed on the school premises, we can only accommodate small groups of up to two people at a time. Please be aware that an ID card is required for signing into the premises for security purposes. This mode of delivery is particularly suitable for learners who encounter difficulties in grasping concepts and therefore require close, personalized support to enhance their understanding.

Home visit

We are pleased to offer our esteemed clients residing within a 35km radius of Johannesburg our exclusive home visit tutoring service. This personalized and convenient option allows us to efficiently deliver our exceptional tutoring support directly to your doorstep. Please note that for each home visit, an additional transportation fee of R50 will be applied to cover the associated travel expenses. This fee ensures our dedicated tutors can reach your designated location promptly and reliably. However, for group tutoring sessions, the transportation fee is not applicable, making it an excellent choice for collaborative learning within your community.

Blended Mode

At Fiddich's Academy, we prioritize the diverse needs of our clients by offering the flexibility to seamlessly switch between various tutoring methods based on their specific requirements. Our comprehensive range of options includes online, face-to-face, and home visit methods, ensuring that our clients can choose the most suitable approach for their unique circumstances.
